Chain kinking issues. Help!

AWWWWW FRACK NUGGETS...

I installed and properly maintained an RK 520 Non o-ring Chain for 30 hours of hard desert use on the WR500.

Now it's kinking something terrible. I pulled it off and soaked it and worked it... to no avail.
I am actually afraid to use this chain much longer.

So I'm going to buy another name brand non o-ring and a nice o-ring chain from the same company.
Run the non oring first, measure the life.
Then run the oring chain, measure it's life.
Compare.

I lube with the maxima chain wax and cleaner.
I lube after rides while the chain is warm, and clean the chain every few rides.
I have seen +20K miles on a chinese non oring chain on my sportbikes, with the same lube and cleaning methods. I know the conditions are very different, but never have I seen a chain kink so quickly. And an RK at that....

You know what K Y is. You use it all the time. I have heard you like the way her's Personal lubricant feels the best. :lol:
