It's not so much an age issue as a conditioning issue. I used to ride a lot, at least every weekend. Now if I'm lucky I get to ride once a month, so it wears me out faster and takes longer to recover.I never grasped the concept of too old..... respectfully ofcourse.
I have a guy that works for me and he's only 44, a young man IMO. but he acts like he's a 144. he's also burnt out, been a carpenter for 20yrs and still doesnt grasp basic comcepts.
Everything hurts on him. He can't work more than 8hrs because he's exhausted for the rest of the week. he's gonna have some real issues in another 10 years. I have uncles that are twice his age and still run and jump and lift shit I wouldn't even try lifting.
Now the not jumping big stuff any more, I guess that's just a matter of me becoming a wuss...
