Now this is the part of the ride report I have been waiting for.

So what happened to the guy that fell at the Geekslide? Did he grab a handfull of front brake or just go too slow and lean too far forward? Great pics anyway. Thanks for sharing!

I still can't believe that not even one person in the group tried to go up it. I guess us Nor Cal guys are just a little more hardcore than you desert geeks! :moon:

That was Timo that went over the bars. I will let him give his version of what happened. I thought I heard him say that geek shoved him over the edge when he wasn't ready :thinking::devil: :smirk:

This was a pretty scary moment but it did provide for a great moment to snap some pics.

So like all injuries we all roll up and break out our cameras to get the best of the worst situation :thumb:. Captian Pumpkin is a fire captian so he was summoned to the scene as a first responder :thumb:

All kidding aside, Drama Queen scared the hell out of us! Fortunately we were about 7/10ths of mile from camp so Onelugnut went and got the truck. Several of us loaded him in and off they went to Ridgecrest Hospital. Everything turned out well, no broken bones :thumb::thumb:
