That's how I am now. My memory ain't good at all, and I'm always zoned out and cant pay attention.

Went and got the wrist checked. It's fractured across the point where the bone grows. But how I broke it, I wont have any bone growth issues. So now I have a cast on it for a minimum of 3 weeks or more.

This has nothing to do with you having a concussion...:smirk:

This is just how 15 year olds are all the time...:prof:

:thumb: Good to hear that your wrist will be fine, so no surgery only a cast?

You sure it wasn't like this before the crash? :smirk:

Ok being serious now, have you seen the neurologist yet? If so what did he say?
Hell I was groggy for 2 weeks but I contribute that to the oxycodone, damn I hate pills. :bonk:

 It might help if you actually got up before 1 pm and did something. :noidea:

That's probably completely right.

Thanks! Yup, only a cast.

I went to my doctor to do a little mental testing and talking about what's going on. Doctor is pretty worried about it and he's sending me to a neurologist to do some neuropshychological testing and another EEG in a week or two. He told me I shouldn't ride anymore. :blah: I can't tip-toe through life, that's just not me.

 What were the pills for??

:naughty: That seems pretty bad, remember about "second-impact syndrome"? Or wait by anymore did he mean never, if so tell him :finger:.

He meant it as in never. I'm going to take awhile off, but never isn't an option. He asked me earlier about other things I like to do so I told him, "motocross, muddin', guns, and fishing", and his closing sentence was, "you might want to start liking fishing better". That made me mad. Besides, I'm going to listen to the neurologist, rather than my doctor.

:lol: Ahh yes, the infamous crash. :P

:thumb: Same here.

My doc was sort of the same way when I first met him, however after getting to know him a little more, he came around. I guess his younger kids are really into it to, but only on TV. I told him to get them a little 65, but he wouldn't have any of it. :moon:

"you might want to start liking fishing better":cry::lol::cry::lol: come on lighten up dude, that's funny as hell.

:thumb: Your bones will heal, I'd just be more concerned about the "brain" stuff.

Should I try that same method?

 I'm trying. I'm starting to lighten up a little. Just hate hearing from the doctor, Mom, and my girl that I shouldn't ride anymore.

Eh, I guess it is a little funny now.:P

That's true. I guess I'll find out what's going on when I take those tests. I'm tired of sitting in waiting rooms.:pout:

Wow riley, sounds like a nasty crash! Hope your noggin's ok. Hey, you and Rack are in the same boat now! :moon: Seriously though, hope you're alright!

:noidea: It's worth a shot.

Next time you see him just casually ask what he does for fun/what his hobbies are. Then ask how he would feel if Mr. Joe the Doc were to tell him that he can never do that again. :smirk:

I know the feeling, it's interesting how everybody has a different opinion/mindset. I've had one Dr. that rode himself so he understood. Also my last anesthesiologist actually asked me if I was going to stop riding, before he knocked me out. I of course said no and to my pleasant surprise he replied with "Good". :ride:

So go and get yourself a new Dr. & GF that understand the addiction/thrill with dirt bikes. However just remember that Moms will be Moms and there's nothing we can do about it. :P

BTW whatever happened with the video? :smirk:

Oh come on, his reply would be golf or crochet. Maybe the neurologist will give me a better answer. :thumb: But as of now, my Mom is trying to convince my Dad to not let me ride, and I don't know about his decision yet.

Man, that's a good word to hear before you get knocked out.

Will do! I talked to my girl about it and she understands now. She dont want me riding, but she doesn't want me to quit, cause she knows how it'll effect me. She's just worried. Same with Mamma. :blah:

If only I could drive.

Will do!

I left the camera and SD card at my Dad's over the week so I haven't gotten to try and recover it. I may have to wait until I bring it back to my Mom's Monday because internet up there is limited. I hope it works.
