Nope they said once a dirtbike leaves the store it's all on you. This may be a dealership specific option I don't know. Amsoil dominator? That's a specific two stroke oil?

At 2500 ft I would think they would've had to do some sort of setup/tune to get it to run, and if you said it runs great, I would bet my left nut that they left it fat, leaving it up to you to fine tune it, and also (especially) because it's a 2T there is no warranty.
If there is no warranty, then I agree with this, just be careful!

Yes.
Better to be rich (more fuel than air) and foul plugs, than be lean (more air than fuel) and destroy pistons and cylinders.

I've heard that from Kyle on dirtbike channel. I bought maxima formula k2 oil. Buddy of mine suggested that oil

I have the ngk plugs in it
I run iriduim in mine with the fine tip and they never fowl.
