250 YZ250X jetting

At 2500 ft I would think they would've had to do some sort of setup/tune to get it to run, and if you said it runs great, I would bet my left nut that they left it fat, leaving it up to you to fine tune it, and also (especially) because it's a 2T there is no warranty.
you may as well start the learning/mech process now
If there is no warranty, then I agree with this, just be careful!
soooo GET ON THE PIPE!
Agree with that as well.
At least it's not a money pit where an initial small investment turns into a full bearing rebuild.
Touche!

Ok so I've seen the term "fat" twice now I assume that means rich?
Yes.
Better to be rich (more fuel than air) and foul plugs, than be lean (more air than fuel) and destroy pistons and cylinders.
See my recent 1998 CR80 thread in this forum to help convince you.

Should probably be a br9eg. If it's an eix throw it out and get an eg

I prefer the buy used and rebuild. Usually wind up spending more than what the bike is worth, but I like doing the work.

Es to eg differences are the e.g. Is finer tip more resistant to fowling
Would be a good try
