Wood on the upper floors, concrete in the basement.

no brick?? no concrete? ? besides the foundation. ..whats the life span on a house like that...she's a super warm obviously... what kind of heating system will u install? ?

No brick, concrete on the basement floor and foundation. The outside of the house will be vinyl. The life span will be way longer than I will live. Temp range where I live is 100* f to 0* f. The heat will be electric furnace plus a fire place will be used as well.

I should add that They used solid corners, back flashed around the sheathing and they used multiple stud blocks on inside corners... which is nice. very nice
Please tell me they used solid core, ply core or Hard core floor decking material..... If not ask the builder to warranty your subfloor for 20yrs... here we had issues with standard OSB and it is no longer accepted as suitable flooring material, however the wall sheathing is still acceptable.
