450F Front sprocket wont come off

Im replacing the sprockets on my bike, well trying to, and the front sprocket will not budge. Im using my impact gun but it still doesnt want to move. The lock washern is flat, the rear wheel is all locked up so it wont move, and the thing is soaked in WD40. I tried using a heat gun to loosen it up but to no avail. Any ideas on what might be going on? I need to find my breaker bar and try that, but if the impact isnt doing it im not sure what to do. Thanks in advance :thumb:

a heat gun probably won't be enough. a mapp gas torch or even propane will be better. carb and tank should be off and a long ways away before using that. heat for 10 minutes, smack it straight on with a hammer and take it off. fyi your seal behind that sprocket probably needs replacing. it really will after you try my way. if you don't you can call it an automatic chain oiler though.

Oh please! I dont like to think of alcohol and my neighbor. Even if I did basically steal his XL600. This guy brews his own. Like most people who do his is awful. Gray water with a cap. Worst part is he is always trying to give it to me, or just leaves me some. So yeah, my neighbor is hungover a lot.
