Im racing my first real endure next year and would like to increase my strength and endurance. What strengths do you recommend to increase? Im already working on my grip and forearm, but what exercises do you do to prepare for events? Im kind of the laid back rider who just decides one day to get his ass kicked, but not this time. Im using those moto grip donuts for my grip, and a stick weight for my forearms. What else should I do so I don't get worn out during the race? Thanks
