Recipe and Food Pics thread.

I went to Farmer's Market and picked up some small Brussel Sprouts, Scallions, and Petite Potatoes. I smothered them in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Baked at 350 for appx. 20 minutes. I took tongs half way and turned them so they would be golden all over.

So damn good!

The other night I made Chicken Breast stuffed with Jalepeno Pepper and Cream Cheese, wrapped in two pieces of Bacon and rolled in Chili Pepper and Brown Sugar. It was soooo darn good!!

Taah Dah! It was a hit with the hockey players who came over to watch the Kings playoff game.

I highly recommend both of these recipes:thumb: Good pre-ride meals.

Sauteed brousell sprouts (cut in half) in lots-O-garlic and EVOO... that (as my wife would call it) concoction looks tasty... :thumb:

Done the bacon wrapped chicken but not covered with chilli pepper and brown sugar... :panic:gonna have to try that ....

I'm already improvising your version....

.. everything you have PLUS
* some small whole shrooms or large cut in half
* squash chunks to replace the sprouts (only I like em')

.... ahhhhhhhh shit, gonna have to hit the farmers market Saturday.

Though these look really good, I am not sure i would want to have all those ingredients in me right before a ride.

Rez, Good idea. Really anything that is thrown together like this you can add and subtract ingrediants. I like recipes like that. I LOVE fresh garlic in almost everything:thumb:

CDA, I think if your body is used to this stuff it doenst affect it as harshly. So where ya going for lunch today? Taco Bell?:smirk:

If I eat at fast food places lik TB or DT that is pretty much what happens. :puke:< Like that butt out the other end. Bad food turns to liquid in 1 hour or less for me. I can keep it down, it's the exit speed that worries me.
