[Feb 2, 2013] REZRIDE 2013 (LANDERS, CA 92285)

Rez told me you were buying.

Sorry "PAL" that would be a neg. You didn't talk to Rez. If you had, he would have told you it was YOUR turn or his. I picked up the tab at Dave's and the Princess picked up the tab at Chilies the time before. That leads to you lie and buy! :P

Looking at this thread once again and now realize I will not be making the voyage out to the REZ. I got tickets for the Supercross on Feb. 2nd so my son and I will be doing that on Saturday and working on Friday and you jokers all come home Sunday. Have fun.

Hope we can throw in some cross county bush dodging and a bunch of sand for good measure.:prof:

Tim could show you a little (or a lot) of that..... I know of a reeeeal good one! since there's no real trail it's hard to give directions....

You FRQ's would be tired after the 20, the last 180 would kill your old asses. :smirk:

I might be goign the route of the FRQ's...... that rough stuff is for you young bucks. :prof: I might even be sellign my bike... you know what they say... "with age comes the cage"!... :smirk:

But seriously, I am considering throwing in the towel on dirt bikes (not DBA)... my old nerves are getting the best of me, it's become a damned if I do, damned if I don't scenerio. I know I need more seat time however I'm not able to get it like most of you guys PLUS I don't crave it like you all do either. Crave meaning eat, sleep, dream riding so this REZRIDE will more than likely be the last (bike ride) for me..... I'm either going to build my Bronco to withstand some punishment OR trade in/sell the Berg for a 4 seater CAT, Razor or ??? so I can take my grandkids out for a comfy ride. When I mentioned this in conversation with my wife she didn't say NO, DON'T BE CARZY which means my safety has been on her mind which bothers me.

A man has to know his limitations, I respect your thought process and decision should you go the way of 4 wheels. As for the CAT I say do it!!!
CDA had one out at Spangler with his 80+ dad and all I can say is WOW!!!

Yeah, this thought process is killing me because I love riding but it's the best thing... I'm supposed to get excited about riding the closer the time gets not nervous... and if riding when nervous you're sking for trouble. besides being "out of shape" (even though round IS a shape) I am out of RIDING shape. BUT, I('ll add a little flare to the "quadtard/4 wheel class" for all the 2 wheel/ST fanatics to RANT about! :smirk:... I saw the CAT CDA had, that's what I'm thinking only a 4 seater...

best of luck with whatever endeavors you embark on rez. I always say the day i cant throw my leg over a bike will be the day i get something like those arctic cats or whatever. seen one out in OW this weekend that was really sick.
