Other Yz60 Restoration

I’ve got a 1981 Yamaha YZ60 that I’m restoring, and the yellow tank has turned into a sunset orange in places, how do I turn it all back to a solid yellow?

Some progress pics, the crankcase has been cleaned, and the cylinder is soaking in vinegar since it was rusted out. (Was seized)

Ok, I’m having clutch issues…. It won’t disengage. I can see the clutch stack move slightly out when I pull the clutch, but only in neutral.

That's about right! Usually only moves slightly, which is enough for a running engine to slip.
If it's not running, the clutch lever is sometimes not effective. Especially if the bike hasnt been run recently.
