250 Yz 250 blown up?

It’s not locked up I can still kick it over. I just got a brand new petcock and gas line just Yesturday for it and there’s a brand new carb on it.

Kick it over a dozen times and then pull the plug, if it's dry smack the carb with a wrench a couple times or so, if it's wet have a friend hold on to the spark plug wire while kicking it over, if he screams I'm gonna kill you you rotten bastard, check the compression with a gauge.....should have something around what Palmer said.
