Other Yamaha frame identification

Hey guys, the other day I found an old Yamaha frame. I have decided that I am going to turn it into something that I can ride. It has no motor. I usually ride 4 strokes, so I may put one in it. The problem is I can not identify what model of motorcycle it is. The frame is stamped 5x6 007173 and it has yellow plastics. I have been searching all over the web with no luck. If you could help me it would be totally great!

It was not hard to find and I'm sure that it took me a lot less time to find it than you took spamming several sites looking for an answer.

Yep. My 82 490 has the same begining code. But since he came looking here, he gets to see my vintage iron.:banana:
