When my girls went up to a 125 from they're 85, I just adjusted the sag to where they were flat foot on one side toes on the other. That worked pretty well for them.

I stepped up to full size when i was 13 and still can't touch so it didnt matter anyways

I'm not 100% sure you will fit IN a crf250r, but I am certain you can fit on it.
