Hi. I thought I'd bite the bullet and buy some KTM OEM radiators as my old ones were very cheap chinese aftermarket ones and kept having cooling issues amongst other things.
Anyway, they're all connected and on bike but took the cap off and just as I was about to fill it up....I noticed a whole bunch of white corrosion/powdery looking stuff inside the radiators on the cores and can even see a fair amount of it between the tubes at the top. there's quite a bit of it in between the tubes/cores where the coolant goes into so i do preferably need to get it out so it doesn't block anything up.
As seen in the pictures. Can somebody tell me what that is exactly and how would i get rid of most, if not, all of it?
I bought the radiators brand new yesterday.
I did put coolant in and ran the bike to try and flush most of it out and it did get a lot of it out but there's still a fair amount in there. any ideas?
