125 what do you fellers think of this kx125? if i can trade for it does it sound good?

i sent the guy an email offering my rm85 and crf80 for it, and if he'll take em does this sound like a deal, does anyone have experiiance with this bike or with kx125s in general, any known problems? any info will help.
