What did you do to your bike today?

Just got Monkey-boy's 150 finished for sale - how much do you guys think I can get for this badboy? It's got everything other than syphilis, and won the super mini championship this year! (big wheel)

put my new IMS 3.2 tank on.

as you can see sitting next to the stock tank its a lot larger

Once on the bike you really dont notice the width unless you look down at the forward part of the tank. I honestly dont even notice a difference when i squeeze my legs. I went with natural for the usefulness. My bike is already ugly(as it should be its a dam dirt bike) so i dont care if it gets yellow or discolored.

putting the shroud on the left was a tight fit as they really dont put the groove for the shroud on that side. a little bending and it went right on tho.
Looks good Trav. Looks like mine, but mine is black. Did you have an issue getting the tank bolt started?

well, what year is it? does it have roaders n-shit, what about blue coolant hoses? if so I would ask at least 18k for it

No seriously what are the spec's like year and addons but you know you won't get as much as you have in it. 05's to 08's go for about 2k to 2500 around here but you live up there so they may go for more. I have about 50k in my bike and prolly won't get 1200 for it. :smirk:

On the subject of "What did you do to your bike today"....I put the motor in the bike and hooked up all of the crap, slapped the tank and seat on it.... gave it three good kicks and she fired right up  took it down the road a few times and pissed the neighbors off :smirk: thats ok, it wasn't the first and certainly won't be the last time I make them mad

Looks good Trav :thumb:

tonight when I put the upper tripple clamp on, I noticed that when unloaded, one of the forks hangs at full drop while one stays up. Anybody know whats wrong? It was the brake side, but I pulled the brake caliper all the way off just to make sure...

yes the rubber bushing was too thick. I shaved the bottom side down with a razor blade and it tightened up like a charm.

well... yesterday i got everything mounted in the frame!!

not just to put fluids in the engine, put in my air filter, put on my radiator shrouds and repack my silence and its good for the break in

Finally finished the steal sleeve and pressed into my cylinder to repair the waddled out exhaust port. Now I can get my top end buttoned up.

well... yesterday I mounted everything including the frame!!

You know, just to put fluids in the engine, in my air filter, and all over my radiator shrouds and then I got repacked but i promised to keep my silence and its good. So now I'm going out to do a couple of garage break-ins:thumb:

Hawk
