What did you do to your bike today?

cleaned every part of the bottom end of my engine, installed my new main bearings, dismantled my power valve out my top end and cleaned all those parts too.

Cleaned out the garage, moved the bieks from the shed to the garage and the shizzle in the garage to the trash, ? or shed...depending on what it was...tried starting ED... it started right up but wouldn't idle even with the choke on...then I remembered it's oudda gaz........but hey, it started! :thumb:

welp my headlight broke :foul:
if I replace it I'm getting an aftermarket that mounts using rubber straps, need to get numbers (pre prints) for my yzf plates.
its like 20 bucks but still

lol Hey Jax, make sure you can turn the crank assembly and tranny assembly by hand. it needs to be easy and smooth turning..., just sayin.:thumb:

Damn, its already locked up...can't turn it by hand

Nah, I did Mih :thumb: oh and BK thanks I don't know what I would have done without your input :smirk:.... it's good and smooth, I went through all the gears as best I could to make sure the tranny is right since the gears and washers only fell out 1000 times during the cleaning and when installing the bearings.

Cleaned out all of the bearing bores, made sure they were all smooth, replaced all but 1 transmission bearing(waiting on it) and I didnt get a chance to do my crank bearings, turns out the torch was outta gas :pout:
