Martin, there are a few guys on here that are real knowledgeable and will step up to the plate to help a fellow member. I have been around bikes for a long time and take care of the stuff that I feel comfortable doing. Fact is, the more questions about bikes that show up on this forum, the better the forum will be. I, for one, love to read about mechanical issues.So I'm assuming you do all of your own work and are knowledgable with everything? If so, I'll make sure to ask you for help with future service.(Plus, you live like 5 min from me) lol
You have VERY good rates going on right now. And I WILL Keep that in mind if a situation arises where my warranty claim gets rejected, which I too hope never happensBig Dan has some Solid Rates for motorcycle maintenance right now...

I don't have the tools to cut new seats for the valves, but I've done everything else myself. I was a little nervous when I had to split the cases for some trans gears, and shifting forks when the bike was 8 months old, but what a great feeling shifting through those gears once it was all back together.

Picked up bike from the dealer today. Glad to know that the engine broke in nicely and everything in was in spec. I was excited to ride the bike with the new goods. With the new lithium Shorai The bike started instantly on the first crank I was very impressed. I took the bike for a spin around the neighborhood to get a feel of the new gearing and I am very happy with the change. Going from a 45 to 52 rear sprocket brought this bike to life! Tons of all around torque with out sacrificing gear lengths and usability. And to top if off the matching ktm z-ring chain and sprocket look awesome! only thing I did not test out was the new pipe guard, and there is no plan to do so. Lol
And guess what the best part was guys???
