Well you probably are going to want to have some headwork done. You may also want to know how your port timing has changed. Now you are still wondering about what made it die.

Did you try to ride it again?
 
Nah not yet I dont wana risk it. Ill have to order another top end gasket kit, then get the head machined when I have some money dpare. Thx for your help ossagp.
 
Well you got lots of time to recheck your float and see that you are getting full flow from the tank valve just in case.

You can probably get the head set up for whatever fuel (octane, ethanol content) if you do some homework.
