Vitamins

Who takes vitamins? How do you determine what kind to take? There are so many differnt options........ :crazy::confused::excuseme:
 
I usually take a multi vitamin. I also take some minerals like calcium. It varies depending on how I'm eating. Eating right? No vitamins. Eating sketchy and drinking beer? Vitamins and minerals.
 
No Vitamins but I do take 2 bigarse Omega 3-6-9 tablets every morning along with 2 hits of Ginko Biloba. That's why my posts are so informative. :smirk:
 
Its actually best to determine what you're needs are so far as a vitatmin regimen goes and a good nutritionist can help there but short of that simply taking a high potency multiple or megadose multipac can generally cover most of you're needs.

I take vitamins daily, but eating more veggies and less big macs will do more good for your body than any suppliments.
