Trail Side Cooking!

I just came across this pic of a meal I made on my exhaust after a long section of single track.

Roadside Chef.jpg
Recipe
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded honey ham
flour tortilla
taco bell salsa packets

Steps
1. wipe mud from exhaust.
2. lay tortilla on hot exhaust
3. put cheese and ham on tortilla and let sit for two minutes.
4. fold and flip tortilla over and let sit another two minutes.

Serve with taco bell sauce or other packet style hot sauce.

I remember that old photo, thats got to be a few years back. You are still quite the chef. :smirk: No, I'll pass and eat trail mix from a bag. :P

haha! That looks deeelicious.

Our crew has been on a bratwurst and tortilla kick. It sounds odd, but they're awesome, kind of like an extra good bagel dog.

This kind of makes me want to puke. :puke:

germs.
   I take it you have a bottle of 99.9% germex on every counter at home, work and in the car. :prof: Get real nutty professor, you can only stay healthy with a strong immune system. :thumb:

Have you ever kissed or eaten, um, well, um, you know?

I got your back RM.

HAHA! That's great. The heat kills all the germs. It's safe.:thumb: My friend does the same thing to me. but he has his wrapped in tin foil and rests it on the megabomb.

I bet you've eaten worse things than mud, but just didn't know it. Besides, mud is organic and loaded with minerals.:prof:
exactly, I didn't know. If I intentionally ate something that was cooked off of a muddy bike...that would be a whole nother story
