This morning started with rain. However, by mid day it was nice so it was time for a ride. I suited up and made the long trek to the staging area. Oh, wait all I had to do was open the garage door and roll out the bike. After 4.8 miles it's my jumping off point. Yes there were people walking down the trail/road so I waited for them. There is a bit of a squid filter climbing this hill, but in no time you are up here. Looking the other way. Hey it's a bike and it's still clean. I was back on teh bike and rode to the top of the hill above Rowher. It was a bit chilly as this is at 4800 feet. Clouds but no rain. The desert is to the right and Weathergeek's place is a bit beyond the horizon on the left. One last photo stop looking back up in the direction of the previous photo. That trail marker has a black diamond on it, but I think of this as an easy trail. Back at home and the bike is a bit muddy. Time for a rinse. All mud washed off and ready for the garage. It was a good three hour ride and about 45 miles.
