There is a Genius amongst us...

His name is Timoyz.

I had a customer from Alberta Canada send me his stock CRF hubs and asked me to build him a set of wheels. He wanted the hubs powdercoated black and black spokes, black nipples and black DID Dirtstar STX rims.

I cleaned up the hubs, turned them on a lathe to smooth the surface profile and sent them off to Tim for powdercoating.

Just got them back today and they are an absolute work of art.

Tim does beautiful work and charges a fair price.

I will recommend Tim to all who will listen to me. :thumb:

Those are some nice wheels AS. ::hail:

that looks very nice

I agree.:thumb:

WOW  Tim- how much would that cost me if I were to have a set of takasago excel rim powdercoated? I live in Ohio.

If you do it like A2, pretty cheap. Break it all down, have it clean, ship it UPS with a return label, and pick a color that can be a single coat, I'm sure we could work something out.

Holy crap! that is some awesome work!

A2 is da man.:prof:

:thumb: Sweet work Timo and nice wheel setup Agent.

Just imagine what those bad boys will look like, on the bike, sitting on the stand. :goofy:

 Dang Tim, that's awesome work. :rocker:

 How long does something like that take to do?

Short turn on most blacks, since we do it all the time.:rocker:

 Holy Smoke. That's some nice work :thumb: A2, one question, why is a guy from Alberta sending you a wheel to build?

Would you trust a Crazy Canuck, to work on your scooter? :P

timoyz does powdercoating?

:thumb: sweet to know

Timo takes all sorts of payments. :busted:

Awesome work! :thumb: Can you do a "mud" flavor? :noidea:

I can even do it in opossum stew pattern.

Them look HAWT

They were hot when they came out, about 400*, but no BK, they're not hot anymore.

Nice. So I am thinking you can powder coat just about anything.

Sorry, no KTM parts.:moon:
