another one of those off the wall toys that would be fun to have but i wouldn't want to pay for.

this would be a blast in Hawaii tho.

they are tethered to a bouyee so i doubt that. When i looked at the site that makes them they say commercial only so i dont know if they sell em to the public or not. Would be interesting to know all the ins and outs of them tho.
