Upgrade cr250 engine to a cr500?

I kind of said no. The 500 on a MX track would be miserable. I'm already tired after 3 laps and my bike doesn't try and rip my arms off like the 5 hundo would. If he just rides desert it would be a good idea though. I would love to have that bike strictly for the dunes. It would only get ridden a 5 times a year or so though.
