If its a GoPro , in the settings turn the audio to Hi(it will say LO or HI) that will give you clear full sound , if its another brand then i have no clue !

no. you can actually see that part. My point is this.. its very common for people to upload clips where there is minutes before the "event" they want to show you but then they cut off the aftermath of the "event" by ending the video so quick... just like this.

You can see him ride on the guy and land but it stops so quick i want to see what his reaction was... did he stop ? prolly not. did he get really squirrly ? who knows they ended the damm video too fast and that sucks.
