2 Stroke Regulate Clutch CR 500

Hello guys,

Can anyone let me know how to regulate the clutch on a CR 500? It is a little long, it engages towards the last part of the lever, I like it to engage sooner. Let me know if Im making myself clear or not....English is my second language:)

Regulate is correct by definition, but we use the word "adjust" more frequently here in the states. :thumb:

Loosening the cable should move the clutch engagement point tword the handlebar. But it will only adjust so far. Good luck.

I checked what I typed in a translator... it doesn't make sense...

OK thank you! In order to adjust should I unscrew the bolt in the cable thats close to the lever? Ill try to post a pic later on to make my point.

That is correct, only you will screw it INTO the "lever perch" to make the cable more loose.
