wen i first moved to a big bike i think i was 5'6 maybe 5'7. and i was riding a 250 (to big) then i got a 144 (similar to the 200) and i LOVE IT!!!!! i can kick that thing with my had its not hard to kick and the hight wasn't really a problem and i race and ride tight woods so i think for wide sand roads the hight shouldn't be a problem. i would go with a ktm 200 you can have them lowered easily. they are supper light you cant really get a lighter bike without going to a mini. plenty of power and you dont have to rev it to the moon (like the 144) all in all is all about style and ability.

If you get a Yamaha WR 250 I have a lowering link that came off of my sons 2007. I'm just sayin'. :devil:
