Guess I should've Googled it first. :bonk: Never knew it but the decibel system is relative which means you can have negative numbers. :thumb:

well its a item that can kill so lets go ahead and do background checks for knives at wallmart.... want a plastic knife to cut your food at a restaurant? need a background check for that.
