Is the real purpose of those hoses bling or do they add some positive mechanical quality as well?

did you check to see how much the OEM ones are? i know that Tusk (the house brand at Rocky mountain) makes cheap parts. you should see if they make rad hoses

If so I just found those CV4 hoses cheaper on ebay..

Last time I checked there was a big difference between couldnt and didn't...... I didn't...

I'm too lazy to look, but I've always figured that they would be silicone instead of rubber.
