Tulare is about as "central" as it gets in California. .

Did you guys ride LPNF? Have you gone over to the track?

We rode the northside of LPNF and some sweet SSS. Only downside was the connecting dirt fire roads. If you mean the track in Gorman, no way to connect that without a plate and as a matter of fact would be completely out of the way, say 15-20 miles away.
