125 Power vavle adjustments

I bought a 87 kx125 with the top end removed from the motor. I dont know how to put it back together.

Does the arm that is connected to the lower end of the motor push or pull the cam when revved up.

And when revved up does it open or close the vavles.

I can't remember if it pushes or pulls on the rod, but the valve opens at a specified rpm and are closed at idle.

I had a 88 kx-125, and yeuppers I had a water pump seal leak, it turned the transmission fluid into whipped cream, Brian I think It had a different power valve for that bike. I was a fun machine, and I raced it at the long gone mosier valley mx park, best turning and handling scoot also. Have fun with yours!1988.jpg Next to my ex- Cr-500r it was my fave!!!!!
