Ouch, I may need to get some excels before I do this, the wheels on my kx250f don't seem very durable and strong.
 
Ouch!!!

That's why the desert racers love them. They bend but don't break. That way you can make it to the next pit. I guess MX is a whole different animal.

Put on some of those A60's...you deserve them.:thumb:
 
I'd say you were pretty lucky. Just a little more force and that wheel may well have collapsed. Excels are a lot stronger. My bike had them when I got it ten years ago and I have put them through ten years of hell. They are still going strong. They are not indestructible though so don't over do it.
