So I did a thing a couple weeks ago... :smirk: :ride:

Been kicking around a new DS and was looking at the 2026 models. Ran across this 2024 at a decent price and low miles so I snatched it.

Current state - striping it down and going through everything. - Parts list is growing. First item of business - Desmog, ECU, exhaust.

This tank they mounted up is massive - makes the stock tank look so small.

Still kicking around if I want to keep it for big rides, or sell and get a little smaller one. Not a fan that you have to modify the shrouds for this 900-gallon tank. Have some aftermarket ones coming and may change up the graphics.

I used taco moto for just about everything. Looks like that one already had a tidy tail done, but they did something different than the turn signals that come with the taco kit. My range with the acerbis 2.9 is about 120 miles.

That tank is about as silly as the 7.4 on my ktm640.

Cheers! :cheers: - I have not decided on graphics yet. I did modify the rad shrouds to mount back up with the stock tank until I figure out the direction I want to go. The tank is massive, but will work on some long rides.

I am ordering the ECU and Desmog from Taco Moto to open this thing up. Will get it all ordered up next week.
