250F need carb part help!!!

well as you all may know i repo'd my 99 from a guy and he got it running with lawn mower parts... well i took the carb off today and tried to figure out what part broke and what i needed to buy. the red pieces are the lawn mower parts and i don't seem to find anything on the schematics with a part number... thanks guys

it looks like i have 38 and 39... the piece it goes into though i can't find, but it looks like the piece at the top of the carb in my pics but not in the schematic :thinking: maybe the whole things backwards
