Not too sure if they're as old as he thinks they may be...when I had my 10 spd they didn't have the dual break levers for when you held the bars on the "cross" bar...I may be wrong, I just don't remember them being available in the mid to late 60's...

i said 30-40 years old, that puts it somewhere between '70-'80, i'm leaning more towards early 70's fr that Ross
