When you say putting a bottom end in it for lighting wouldn't you just have to change the stator for that?? the rest of the bottom end has nothing to do with electronics.

Something is different with the crank. Needed the XC crank for it to work.

Also opted for the trail tech light instead of the standard ktm one. Looks pretty neat, should perform great.
