1776 is a better way to go, you really don't need a special PP/disc, just get the one for a type II and your good. All the other upgrades are good too but this is for Gman, do you really want to give home that much power on the road?

Not sure what you are doing here but I once had a Baja Bug with a big motor and dual carbs. What a pain in the ass that was to make it run right all the time. I eventually took them off and put on a nice big Weber and it ran great from then on. I just wanted to be part of this mysterious thread.
