Just start at 15 for a bike with rebuild motor + 500 labor, 3-350 crate ship. Add all the other stuff on-line and you'll be real close.
Here is rough:
650=WR gear set 1-5
340+ spring price for your size, weight, riding style and such
PC frame negotiable
Armor (skid, pipe, bark busters) 150-275
Everything else, there is mastercard.
Or, find a bike here like an 04 since your state cares nothing about red/green BS, I'll buy it and rebuild it, you send parts to me. 500 labor 3-350 shipping.
04 the forks went to 48mm I believe.

Could even light one up (head/tail/brake) with additional 600.

Don't forget to add the yellow plastics and prefered graphic kit.
