I think the last one we got from Boyesen direct was 8 dollars, and a few more things were ordered like some other replacement reeds and a water pump cover making the freight negligible, but that was 2012. So simple and affective.

Oh I still have the first one I bought in 1980, and they haven't changed a whole lot. Seems to be all the rage for the "i couldn't jet a lawnmower crowd". They worked better than what was generally available then. (vm round slide mikunis) and there is this "rumor" that they are less altitude sensitive, and they are that, but not enough to make me want use them instead of a keihin or new series mikuni. They have some large sizes though if you are thinking along those lines. Nothing new. Google Sparky Edmonson.

Also has anyone ever ADDED foam to there seat. I'm 6'1" and am feeling cramped on my 500. Also the seat dips so it feels like a saddle, I keep sliding up to the tank and sliding back on the seat while climbing is quite difficult

I have one in my office, it has a transparent float bowl, I forgot where and when I acquired it, but it on a shelf, and I keep it for novelity sake....
