Well because my bike is a big ol' unadulterated bag of pure awesomeness i have yet again run into a problem. As i was cleaning my swingarm and almost ready to put back on the bike i went to put fresh grease in the bearings. Well i took the seals out and the chain guard to clean underneath and found this BadAss hole. This hole dosen't give a shit where its at, its like a honey badger. So it decided to eat all the way through to my bearing race. But in all seriousness it looks like the previous owner was a honey badger about chain guards and didn't see the need for one :picard:. So when it wore a hole in it they just decided to throw some washers in-between the seal, silicone the chain guard, and then call it a day! So luckily for me i get to use some of my meteoric skills and try to weld and mill a patch back in there to make it look 1/2 decent and function. Which should be super fun since its aluminum which is by far the easiest metal to weld and work with. And then i also get to buy a new bearing and seals. YAY!
