125 KLX125 Engine Overhaul.

Dont use google either 
Pulled the air box out.. And completly cleaned it inside and out.. Added a new "No-Toil"
TTR 125 needle ... Because it has adjustable settings..
float valve and seat were shot...
Then i got to the mix screw... On these carbs..There is aplug you have to drill out.. So i did that awhile back.. And tonight i tried to change that and it was all fugged up... Stripped the threads out.. and had to take a drimmel tool and cut a new slot in it
The new screw was completly different.. Much better design... The old one was way down in there. Hard to get to..

.. And its got no baffel.. I think the clip move woke it up.. I've not rode it yet.. But i started it at like 1 am.. and it sounded pretty good.
Sooo i got all my parts... for the engine rebuilt.. Just no time to do it yet.. With the effie smashed up... And getting the boat ready...
