I have the crf230f(the big brother to the crf150) and I really like it. It isn't gonna tear up the local track or run with a 450 but I like it on the trails and I'm a similar height to you. It is lower so you can save it easier. I also checked a klx140 and I'm so glad I went with the 230. The 140 was way to small and a dog. Not saying the 230 is insaning torquing wheelie machine but the 150 and 140 are kids bikes.

the crf150 i rode was way over 185 lbs. you sure you arent checking a 150r?

I think the r is around 185. My 150f is over 200 close to 230 I think.
