I need help! Oil leak from waterpump area

I rode 2009 Rmz 250 couple of times after storing it for a month or 2 and noticed oil started leaking out of the bottom of the water pump case. I did an oil change to see if coolant and oil had mixed and they did not. is this a normal place for oil to be and it’s just a seal or or is something else going on? I NEED HELP PLEASE

Having the same issue currently. replaced the seals seemed to stop the oil leak problem
