Umm its not hard. You jack the rear of the boat up just enough that its off the trailer then you start driving forward a little at a time. When you get to where the trailer is going to come out you set the boat down on top of a piece of pipe or two. (These act as rollers.) Then you jack up the front and pull the trailer away. Let the boat down so its resting on the pipe and push it into the garage. If you have a long ways to go sometimes you have to keep putting a pipe on the back and transfering them around. Its really not hard.
