GoPro Camera Customer Service

I recently ordered a replacement case for my GoPro. When it got it here it was too big for the camera. I figured I ordered the wrong one. I called GoPro today and they are sending the correct one free of charge! It seems as if they sent me the wrong case! Glad it was their issue and not mine.

The lady at GoPro was very helpful

Now if Youtube and Vimeo had a quicker method to upload videos

GoPro customer Service is one of the best i have ever dealt with.

I snapped one of the clips jsut putting it into the base and i contacted CS via email. They asked me to send a pic of it which i did and they instantly told me id be getting it replaced... 3 days later i received 3 new clips

Early this week I contacted them about a broken clip and also a scratched lens....this arrived today. Couldn't ask for better support/customer service.
