Well generally if you can trade a honda for anything else I'd say do it…however this thing sounds like a pos so maybe you should wait for another deal.
Keep the 230 or sell out right and get a CR or KX 500. They are the most talked about bikes on this forum. Albeit by only one member but hey, you gotta start someplace.
