going to gym?

Well im 14 i dont like arm pump or having trouble throwing my drz around. im 5'9 200 lbs would it be bad to go the gym. I dont want to get all roid rager buff just in better shape.

well my 1 rep max dead lift is 220lbs 1 rep max bench press is 110lbs i can do 10 100lbs lat pulldowns. :devil:
 
how are your shoulders? i've got a good plan that i've been using and thats gonna help you riding too... i'll type it up tonight
 
I am not a big fan of upright rows, they can put a lot of unneeded pull on the shoulders at the bottom:prof: You dont need a every day work out.
 
Damn, my boy and I used t obe at 235 on the bench no problem. I gotta get back up to that.

Oh, and do pull ups. Trust me. Crossfit type exercises will be good for yo uas well.
