I just ordered these off EBay from Stealth Racing Technology. I like the idea of turning the bleeder a little like the brake bleeder.

Stainless Steel Fork Bleeders (4mm Threads)​

These unscrew a few turns to release pressure like brake bleeders. This fail-safe design won't leak oil, allow air pressure to build-up from rebound, or let water in from high-pressure washing that causes internal valving corrosion and oil contamination (push-button styles can do these things). They also won't break off like others often do.​
